This is a salad server available in two colors, “Natural” and “Red”.
We named it “Gingko leaf” because of the shape of the scooping part.






Bamboo is very light compared to materials such as metal, but it is also very strong. The warmth and solid construction of bamboo cutlery are also attractive.








The scooping part is widened in a ginkgo leaves shape while maintaining the overall balance.




The curve of the scoop part is based on curve of Mōsō bamboo original.


Therefore, there are subtle individual differences in this curve, but not enough to be bothersome.


Both are also designed to scoop out, for example, corn grains left at the bottom of the bowl, so that any wasted juices will fall out.
