This is a slightly shorter salad server that comes in two colors, “Natural” and “Red”.






Bamboo is very light compared to materials such as metal, but it is also very strong. The warmth and solid construction of bamboo cutlery are also attractive. The specification is the same for both natural and red.

The natural type shows the unique fibers of bamboo. The spatula type has holes to allow some of the wasted juice to fall out when scooping corn and other foods.










Both colors are coated with a “polyurethane coating” as the final process,
which conforms to the Food Sanitation Law in Japan.


The paint will come off little by little as you use it. 
However, if handled with care, it can be enjoyed for a long time.


Dishwashers can also cause premature wear and tear. 
We recommend using a soft sponge and mild detergent when washing.





Natural has the quality of clearly showing the original bamboo fibers,
while Red has a texture not found in ordinary bamboo cutlery due to its clear color.
