This is a large salad server that comes in two different colors, “Natural” and “red”.






Bamboo is very light compared to materials such as metal, but it is also very strong. 






It is thick and well shaped for easy gripping.


There are two types of scooping parts.


One side of each color is shaped like a fork with short tines.


The other side has a hole in it so that the juice from a scooped salad can be drained out.




Since the roundness of Mōsō bamboo is used as it is, there are individual differences in the curve of the bamboo. Please understand this in advance.

The paint will come off little by little as you use it.

We recommend using a soft sponge and mild detergent when washing.




Natural has the quality of clearly showing the original bamboo fibers,
while the Red has a texture not found in ordinary bamboo cutlery due to its clear color.
