These “scoops” are made from nipa palms that live in Thailand’s mangrove forests.
Here are two sizes, “S” and “L.”




It is neither a basket nor a tray, but a uniquely shaped container.
Locals in Thailand used to use them to water flowers, draw water from wells, 
and use them as cups during breaks from farming.




Nipa palms are well dried in the sun after they are harvested.




This scoop uses the leaf side and overlaps several pieces to create the shape.








This is size S.

Hang it on a hook to use as a container for small items, or use it as a watering can.

*This one does not stand on its own as well.




In the L size, we put clematis. Since it can be hung, vine flowers and leaves like this one go well with it.
