This is a large oval-shaped basket made from the hazel tree. Hazel seeds are also well known as hazelnuts.


Stanisław Mroczka is the maker of the baskets, He inherited the skill of woven baskets from his father, and his family has been making baskets ever since. 


He goes into the forest to carefully select and harvest the hazelwood, makes the materials, and weaves the baskets. The entire process of making the materials and weaving the baskets by hand.






Here are three sizes of oval baskets “S, M, and L”.




Hazelwood is heated in a hot stove and peeled into thinner material to create the material (strips) to be woven.








Occasionally, cracks or breaks may be found due to material conditions. Please note that this is not a defective product.

Looks good for storing lots of potatoes, onions, and other root vegetables.




Toy storage for children,


for storing blankets and other cloth items.


This is size M.


Seems to be great as a container for root vegetables, a harvest basket for the vegetable garden, or a basket for collecting fallen leaves.




Stock up on T-shirts and towels by rolling them up and arranging them in a row. You can find and pick them up quickly.
