Coverall Apron Tattersall / Khadi cotton / IND 330914-1 インド/カディ Coverall Apron Tattersall

This is a cover-type apron made of Indian “Khadi” material.

The fabric feels comfortable against the skin and is smooth to the touch.
The refreshing “Tattersall” type will make you feel good just by wearing it.

The apron is designed for functionality and ease of movement like a Kappō-gi,
but with even more ingenuity in its details.

We hope you will find it useful for cooking, working, and cleaning.

— Series made by “Khadi” —

Khadi, an Indian cotton fabric, is made from hand-spun cotton yarns and hand-woven,
a very time-consuming process compared to mass-produced products made by machines.

These Khadi are made in Rajasthan, northwest India,
and are made from organic cotton that is grown naturally with almost 100% rainwater only,
without irrigation canals.

During the hand-spinning process, cotton dregs, such as the “calyx” of the cotton plant, are also mixed in slightly, giving the fabric a rustic texture similar to linen blends, even though it is 100% cotton.

This Khadi series is a brand product of “Suno & Morrison” which is active in Japan.

<How to care>

*Laundering with a mild detergent is acceptable (chlorine or enzyme bleach is not acceptable).

*Unevenness in color and weave may be observed. Please note that this is a characteristic of the material.

*This item is dyed in India and is colorfast,
but the color may fade slightly depending on conditions such as the time of yarn dyeing (rainy season)
To be safe, it is best to wash it separately from other items.
We recommend that indigo products, in particular, be washed two or three times before use.

*Because the items are hand-dyed and hand-woven,
the colors and patterns of the items you receive may differ slightly from those shown in the photographs.
Please understand this in advance.
