My Cup of Tea – Herbal Blend Tea / LTU 140595 My Cup of Tea(ブレンドハーブティー) ルイ版

“My Cup of Tea” creates original herbal blends inspired by Europe’s rich tea and herb culture, sourcing ingredients from Lithuania and around the world.

In French, herbal teas are called “Tisanes.”
For centuries, Europe has nurtured a culture of using herbs as part of daily wisdom, and tisanes have long been enjoyed in everyday life.

At the My Cup of Tea workshop in Lithuania,
each herbal tea is made using traditional methods combined with recipes suited to contemporary lifestyles.
Every blend is carefully prepared by hand in small batches to preserve freshness
and bring out the delicate aroma and rich flavor of each herb.

From harvesting and drying to blending, every process is done by hand.

Their signature muslin tea bags are made by hand,
with each portion of herbs wrapped in small pieces of muslin cloth.
At their own workshop, artisans tie each tea bag carefully with linen thread—
without any metal or plastic parts—ensuring safety and sustainability.

There are two types available:
“Muslin,” a hand-wrapped tea bag style, and “Leaf,” which contains the loose herbal blend.

Below are the blends available—
some offered in both Leaf and Muslin types, and others in Leaf only.

For all of the above items:
Brewing time: 4–5 min / 100 °C
Made in Lithuania
* These products are made in a facility that also handles items containing apples.

Watch the video to see how the herbal tea is brewed in the muslin type.

The quiet moments while waiting for the tea to steep—

watching the herbs and leaves gently drift and unfold,
or sharing conversation with someone beside you—those too are part of the pleasure.

When you finally taste the tea, you can sense the natural aroma and flavor of the ingredients—
so light and smooth that you could easily enjoy several cups.

Perfect not only for teatime but also to accompany meals.

Freshly Picked and Fragrant – The Herbs that Color the Tisanes

Since ancient times, herbs have been used as medicine and cherished in daily life.
At My Cup of Tea, fresh herbs are carefully sourced according to the seasons—
from Lithuania, where a rich variety of herbs thrive, to regions such as France and Egypt.

The blends feature both herbs nurtured with care by herbalists and wild herbs gathered from the forest—
each full of vitality, fragrance, and unique character that enriches the world of tisanes.
