These pot mats are woven from water hyacinth, a water plant that grows wild in slow-flowing rivers and ponds. Three sizes are introduced: “S, M, and L.”
Because water hyacinth is particularly sensitive to humidity, the entire basket is coated with a matte varnish as a finishing touch. The varnish coats the surface and prevents the material from absorbing moisture.
We recommend placing it on a high shelf or hanging it rather than leaving it on the floor, and if you have a two-story house, placing it on the second floor rather than the first floor.
Pot holders are useful around the stove and at the dining table. Multiple pieces are useful when cooking several pots and pans at once.
It may be hung and enjoyed as an interior decoration. Please choose any size you like.
