2) On regular store business days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and other dates as indicated in our business calendar),
no reservation is required.
Please feel free to visit anytime during our opening hours (11:00–16:00).

【How to Book】

1) Each reservation slot is 60 minutes and is available for up to two people per group.
If two people will be visiting, please select a quantity of “2” when making your reservation.
Please also enter the representative’s name, address, phone number, and email address.

2) Visits are scheduled on a 60-minute rotation basis.
Even if a time slot is fully booked, it may become available again if a cancellation occurs.
If you wish to wait for an opening, please use the “Notify me when available” feature.

3) If you arrive late for your reserved time, the end time of your visit cannot be extended.
Thank you for your understanding.

4) Children are welcome to visit with you.
If you will be visiting with children and the total number of guests exceeds two,
please indicate this in the notes section when making your reservation.

5) If you need to cancel your visit after making a reservation,
please be sure to notify us in advance.
We accept cancellation notices by phone or via the contact page on our online store.

6) We may ask you to show our confirmation email when verifying your reservation
or upon your arrival at the store.
Please ensure that emails from our address,
